Filter splitting generates lots of spurious Filter.INCLUDE statemetns, we need
to simplify the filters before returning them. Use the
SimplifyingFilterVisitor.
That one should learn how to detect and remove invalid PK btw (see
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-2039)
