The H2 tests have connection params wired in the code, they should use
OnlineTest support instead, that is, use external configurable fixtures.
I can give it a shot if you want. For the H2 case we can simply override the
methods that do look up for the property file and use one of our choice (since
using the embedded db you don't need an external setup at all).
