During the last days I had same mail traffic with David Adler and concerning the db2 plugin we agreed on the following
1) We want to migrate the old plugin into the new design I will do the migration, David will assist to get things working 2) We want the plugin to be ready for fat clients, servlet engines and ejb container . I will check this using UDIG,Geoserver und Websphere as EJB Container Jody: I think we should start some discussions about transaction handling. Do you know this article http://static.springframework.org/spring/docs/2.5.5/reference/transaction.ht ml Btw, GeoServer uses Spring, GeoServer should do the transaction handling, not geotools (you know my opinion) Andrea,Justin: I hope you succeeded with your Oracle project in time. I think we should proceed with the db2 requirements after you finished. christian ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Geotools-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/geotools-devel
