Adding "org.geotools.coverage.io:*org.geotools.image.io*" in the <exclude> (or
something similar) section of the javadoc configuration in pom.xml should be
suffisient. I'm not sure if it would exclude stuff from other modules however,
but I have the feeling that current io-related stuff tend to use other package
name ("coverageio" without the dot, or "gce" for "grid coverage exchange" I
think).
