Hi again,
I'm moving several classes involved in parsing geotiff tags/metadata from
the geotfiff plugin to the coverage module since I'm developing additional
coverage plugins which rely on geotiff/tiff tag parsing.
This change won't compromise the workings of neither the geotiff plugin, nor
the coverage module itself.
