Ciao Omar,
you should look at the operations in the GridCoverage module.
There are a few geospatial wrappers arounda JAI perations and this
eems to be what you need. Get started by looking at one of the
existing OperationJAI usbclasses then ask questions if you have
doubts. I am sure that either martin or me will try to help you out.
