WPS requests have the "nice" feature of sporting elements whose content should
be taken verbatim, even in the case it's XML. The content might be some xml
that has to be posted to a remote server as-is, or be somethign that does not
look like xml at all (like a base64 encoded coverage).
The parsers shoudl just take the content as a string, and let specialized code
deal with the contents
