CRS2GeoTiffMetadataAdapter doesn't parse the MapProjection's latitude_of_origin
parameter when setting metadata for Mercator projection.
Writing an originating coverage which is in Mercator projection where a
latitude_of_origin is not zero results in a misplaced coverage (since
latitude_of_origin is ignored).
