Consider leveraging geotidy in geotools

This is an umbrella for JIRA tasks that are fixed in the [geotidy
project|http://geotidy.geomatys.fr] (a code name for a hopefully temporary
initiative). The "_This issue is depended upon by_" section lists the tasks
that are fixed in geotidy. Fixing those issues can be a matter of copying the
code from geotidy to geotools SVN (may be tedious), or replace geotools
metadata and referencing modules by Maven dependencies to some geotidy build
(not the original one, but some clone downgraded to Java 5).
This task is for information purpose. GeoTools PMC has not yet decided which
action to take regarding the relationship between geotools project and geotidy
initiative.
