The EMF model in OWS is missing the attribute equivalent to xml:lang. Tried to
add it as suggested, regenerated, the impl class actually lost its base class
and the default value of service, fixed that manually. Then uncommented
xml:lang in the xsd-wps parsing module, run the tests, turns out the
capabilities parsign test starts failing, does not parse the service
identification anymore (why, I have no idea).
Anyways, this xml:lang is required to generate a valid WPS capabilities
response, as that xml:lang attribute is mandatory.
