Hey sorry for the late reply and the breakage I'm facing a dealine to get a wfs 1.1 datastore able to hit some fgdc framework servers. So far it works with CubeWerx and GeoServer, the MapServer one looks more like a lost cause every minute... if it just weren't that broken.. see Table 2. here <http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/howto/filterencoding/#currently-supported-features>
