ExpressionBuilder is deprecated since 2.5 with the introduction of CQL so we 
can get rid of it and the javacc build step on trunk

GeoVista was the only serious user of ExpressionBuilder; I belive it was 
deprecated when CQL was made available - I did not want to remove it 
until this TXT format made FeatureID expressions available in a text format.

So +1 for removing ExpressionBuilder from trunk.
