Hello people

I just committed a patch as an issue in JIRA.

However, the JIRA server is responding really slow here, and I ended up 
sending two identical patches by mistake (and I can't remove the 
duplicate one since the server is not responding any more). Sorry for that.

By the way, Andrea: all the tests work fine here (provided I change 
fixture.properties and nogeos.properties to point to a working local 
Postgis database here). No issues with changing the dependency to 
epsg-hsql (I changed the pom.xml and submitted it as part of the patch)
