Trunk has the latest and greatest improvements on supporting WFS 1.1.0 on the
gt-wfs module. Backport them to 2.5 since the work originally started on 2.5.x
when it was trunk and when 2.5.x branched and trunk became 2.6.x the gt-wfs
module in 2.5.x was left in a state of flux.
