I've put together another release of the GPX 2 module with some small changes. Mostly house cleaning stuff. You can now download that JAR file with the library, the supporting docs, and the dependencies for the library from this page:

I also added some more examples, a change log, and an opportunities for extension page to the supporting docs. Please feel free to use the html docs, css, and folder structure for your own supplemental module documentation. I'm going to hit the Geotools developer guide so I can get all of this packaged properly for integration into the Geotools build with Maven.
