Allow the GeoTIFF plugin to support data stored as simple TIFF + TFW + PRJ
Files.
Actually the initialization step looks in the TIFF tags to find GeoTIFF keys to
setup CRS.
This behavior can be changed in order to look for additional TFW and PRJ file
beside the TIFF file containing the data.
