Attached patches (for trunk) add FeatureSourceMapLayer (in gt-render) and tests
(in gt-shapefile-renderer). FeatureSourceMapLayer is based on DefaultMapLayer
but does not restrict the return type of getFeatureSource, so it can be used
with DataAccess/Feature/FeatureType. See javadoc for more.
