WorldFileReader and WorldFileWriter handle worldfile transformation rotation
coefficients improperly.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: GEOT-2346
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-2346
Project: GeoTools
Issue Type: Bug
Components: core main
Affects Versions: 2.5.3
Reporter: Daniele Romagnoli
Assignee: Daniele Romagnoli
Fix For: 2.5.4
Rotation terms read from/written to a world file are wrongly interpreted.
The second row of a world file represents the m10 coefficient (rotation about
y) of the geotransformation whilst the third row represents the m01 coefficient
(rotation about x).
Actually, world file reader take the 2nd row and stores it in m01 and viceversa.
Same thing happens when writing rotation terms in the output world file.
This results in wrong envelope/grid2world creation/management.
