I would like to migrate trunk to track the GeoAPI 2.3-SNAPSHOT; we have to
add an additional dependency to match the split into geoapi and
geoapi-pending.
In particular Johnathan is making some good observations on the style data
structures and how to make them extensible that I would like to track.
