Hi Landon,

Looking in codehaus, it seems your account is not linked to your 
confluence account. Once you do that, i believe you will be given 
membership to the geotools-developers group, and should have access rights.

If that does not work, i can just give you individual rights explicitly.

So can you try looking into yoru codehaus account:

http://xircles.codehaus.org/login

Then go to your details page:

http://xircles.codehaus.org/my/details

There will be a place to put in your codehaus id, enter it in and again 
try to edit the wiki.

If that does not let me know. Sorry this is such a process :)
