SimpleFeatureTypeBuilder does not respect the set crs
-----------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-2373
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-2373
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.5.3
            Reporter: Justin Deoliveira
            Assignee: Justin Deoliveira

When building a simple feature type, the builder does not respect the set crs.
Usually this is ok b/c (indirectly) the crs gets set through the first spatial
attribute that is added. However in the case where a type has no spatial
attribute (this is common when retyping a raw feature type based on a wfs
query) the crs is unset. EVen though the type has no spatial attributes
maintaining the crs information is important for calculating bounds.
