About Maven 2.0.10, there is a fair amount of enhancements but I thing that the
two ones below worth mentionning:
* mvn -o is now really offline. If Maven 2.0.9, it still tried to
download snapshots and failed if it can't download them.
* When there is many modules that are "on the same level" (I mean there is
not a module that needs to be build before the other ones), Maven now
builds them in the order they are declared in the pom.xml.
