I see. Well, it will be some time till we look in detail into this since the GeoServer 2.0 stable release is still some time away. In the meantime, you can open a bug report at jira.codehaus.org and attach enough sample data to reproduce the problem. If you can also isolate the issue and attach a patch it would certainly speed up getting a solution in svn.
