Well, it's not like I have any grand plans, this is totally coming out of my spare time, it was an area that I thought could be fun exploring more (see my answer to Jody for details). The dynamic symbolizer support, per se, is really just a single class. The real work needs doing in Eastwood itself, there are bugs to fix even to just make the maps I showed you, and some missing features that it would be nice to have (e.g., axis-less bar charts). I have the sources of Eastwood 1.1.0 at hand and they are really simple to read and fix (so far). So I guess I'll try and see if David Gilbert is interested in having me contribute some patches (I guess you can do the same if you want). Keep an eye on the forum, I'll try to address David there: http://www.jfree.org/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=27 Cheers Andrea -- Andrea Aime OpenGeo - http://opengeo.org Expert service straight from the developers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Crystal Reports - New Free Runtime and 30 Day Trial Check out the new simplified licensign option that enables unlimited royalty-free distribution of the report engine for externally facing server and web deployment. http://p.sf.net/sfu/businessobjects _______________________________________________ Geotools-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/geotools-devel
