I read through the documentation and skimmed over the source code and tests a bit, looks quite good to me. One thing I noticed, you did not follow the usual setup for module wiki pages, e.g. compare http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTDOC/Feature-Pregeneralized with a page you made for the image pyramid: http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/Image+Mosaicing+Pyramidal+JDBC+Plugin Ok, the pyramid one does not have that much documentation there, but has the gold star quality assurance check.
