Attached a patch for a first proposal for JNDI support.
The biggest problem here is to write a test case. I see three possibilities
1) We do it like the the old jdbc module having support through
JNDIDataSourceFactory and no tests.
2) We could add at least a negative test
3) We could use http://java.sun.com/products/jndi/downloads/index.html, which
is a file based jndi implementation.
At the moment, integrating a third party jar is beyond my scope and knowledge.
And I do not know if it is possible to create a JNDI data source from the H2 db.
