Right now the module claims to have 5 stars
(<http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/Plugin>), but reality is:
- IP check: pass
- Releasable: pass, but the list of reported bugs do never goes down.
- QA: used in anger? yes, code coverage? who knows, 1.1 should be quite
good. Easy to maintain? nah. (half pass?)
- Optimized: 1.0 don't know. 1.1 yes, but nobody says it's perfect.
- Supported: not really.

so how many stars are those? 2.. 2 1/2.. I can concede 3.
