Log to finer level when converters do fail with an exception

Converters, by contract, can throw an exception when they are not able to
perform a conversion. Yet, an exception may also occur because the converter is
buggy. Converter does not log the exceptions at any level, making debugging
harder. Have Converters log exception at FINER level instead, logs will stay
out of the way most of the time but it will still be possible to inspect the
conversion process should the need arise.
