Metadata is include an old build of that project.
I just switched to the published API, adding this dependency:
<dependency>
<groupId>javax.measure</groupId>
<artifactId>jsr-275</artifactId>
<version>1.0.0</version>
</dependency>
then rebuilt. Everything worked for me, therefore I am going to apply
this change to trunk then sit and wait it to propagate.
