There are two types of incorrect OGC Filters which Geotools do not report as
incorrect and tend to lose data.
Filters are:
- ogc:Not with multiple child filters instead of one (example wrong_filter1.xml
in the attachment),
- root filter (ogc:Filter) with multiple child filters instead of one (example
wrong_filter2.xml in the attachment).
The are no error messages and only the first child filter is accessible.
The problem occurs in gt-xsd-core. My workaround is also included in the
attachment: additional code in startChildHandler(Handler child) method in
ElementHandlerImpl.java.
