Rini, since your r33496 commit, build time for gt-app-schema module alone has
increased from 2 minutes to 30 minutes. Build fails with OOME on 64 bit JVM.

Comments:
Add include statements in app-schema mapping file for non-feature types
included in a feature type mapping file. This is so the non-feature types are
disregarded in Geoserver, ie. won't appear in GetCapabilities, etc., but
GetFeature request on the parent feature type would return OK (including the
nested non-feature types).
