build broken for demo/example on trunk

After clearing out all geotools modules from my local repository, the build for
trunk fails for demo/example. The example references JMapPane (in
org.geotools.demo.ShapeLab) but can't find it because it has been bundled into
demo/mapwidget.
Suggestions:
- move JMapPane and friends into unsupported/mapwidget
- copy required classes from demo/mapwidget to demo/example (yuk)
- rationalize unsupported/widgets-swing, unsupported/widgets-swing-pending and
demo/mapwidget
