Add ability to get the session pool from a JNDI context for ArcSDE coverages
the same way the ArcSDEDataStore does.
This way the session pool could be shared between datastores and coverages,
even between web application instances, as well as allowing the connection pool
size to be configured form the outside _AND_ allowing to get rid of the
username/password in the coverage URL.
An alternative coverage URL format would be needed though, something on the
lines of {{sdejndi://comp:java/mySdePool/#COVERAGE_NAME}}
