The latest eclipse plugin generates the classpath in an order that puts
xml-apis jar before the jdk one, as a result an inconsistency that was
un-noticed popped up: the xml-apis we depend onto is old and misses a few
methods the code is actually using. Upgrading to verison 1.3.04 fixes the
problem
