It has been almost a month since I nominated Russell Petty for commit rights to the GeoTools repository. We still need two more votes before I can process his application. All committers can vote. http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOT/2+Committers +1 from me. Russell will be committing his webservice module as a submodule of app-schema. It will not be enabled by default, and require a profile to build.
