The webpage at http://test.geotools.org/ contains a download link - that goes
noware.
The files for GeoTools can be downloaded from here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/geotools/files/
I think we could link directly to this page; and we could update the project
description to mention the maven repository. The listing of the files is a bit
strange; it may be nice to group the files according to Stable, Preview, and
Archive rather than the single group we have now of "GeoTools 2 Releases".
