Hi,
I've removed mif, gml and gml3 datastores.
In the process I noticed two more situations we should look into.

The first one is the tiger datastore. The module "maintainer",
jjray, committed on the module last time in 2004 :-)
I think it's fair to say the module is dead and done for?

The other situation is the gpx one. There are gpx, gpx2, xml-gpx.
The gpx and gpx-xml module is maintained by Peter Bolla, cc'ed, which
hasn't committed to the module in 1.5 years and afaik has no more
commit rights since we switched to OSGEO svn.

The gpx2 module does not even have a pom.xml file and the log
log reports the latest commit by "sunburned.surveyor" back in
November. No activity since then, and he also lost commit rights
when we switched to OSGEO. He's cc'ed too.

What about those GPX modules? Any interest in keeping them alive,
or should I just remove them too?

Cheers
Andrea
