Hi Jeff - good news about VPF.
Because of graffiti the ability to edit these pages easily has been
lost. Can you confirm that you are:
a) signed up for confluence
b) signed up for xircles.codehaus.org
c) that your xircles sign in is associated with your confluence sign in
d) that you have joined the geotools project on xircles
The instructions for this one are on first wiki page; failing that can
you send me your confluence id and I will see if I can help.
