Right, there is no established way. As I said in the first mail,
"it is my feeling". Like, the class is quite hidden and the official
way to render in GeoTools is to use a GTRender, so I did not think
anyone would use it directly.

Anyways, enough negative reactions about this one already, I've just
added backwards compatible constructors and deprecated them:
if various people from the dev group used
it directly there's chance it was used directly by users as well.
