The TextMark interface from geotools represents an extension to the SLD
specification that is now well covered by...
In theory SymbologyEncoding support for true type fonts (where a code is used
to pull a symbol out of a set) using ExternalMark.getMarkIndex().
Anrea's work on url recognition - allowing an Icon to be supplied for
recognised URLs; the initial work was used to hook up true type fonts without
stepping outside of the bounds of the Symbology Encoding specification.
With both a path forward; and a current approach; this idea of a TextMark can
be turned off.
