ImagePyramidFormat may choke when doing accepts on large files

The ImagePyramidFormat is quite inefficient when it has to decide if a provided
file is valid or not since it loads everything in memory. If we pass a 2gb
geotiff it takes a while to decide that it is not a pyramid.properties file!
