DataFeatureCollection.accepts(org.opengis.feature.FeatureVisitor visitor,
org.opengis.util.ProgressListener progress) was passing the proportion of
features visited to the progress listener. It should be the percent of features
visited.
The attached patch fixes this and removes a couple of redundant imports.
