JMapPane loses custom cursor when focus is lost and regained
------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-2792
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-2792
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.6.0
Environment: Mac OSX 10.5, Java 5
            Reporter: Michael Bedward
            Assignee: Michael Bedward
            Priority: Minor

Each of the map pane tools for zooming, querying etc. sets a custom cursor for
JMapPane. When the map pane loses focus and then regains it, a standard mouse
cursor is mistakenly displayed. This happens most, but not all of the time
which makes me think that it might be a swing bug.

The problem can be reproduced on my system by using the info tool which
displays a dialog to report on feature attributes. When the focus is returned
to the map pane the info tool cursor is lost.

I don't know yet whether the same problem happens on all platforms or with Java
6.
