UTF-8 test fails in OSX

The string "Iconfee Straße" written in the tests, should be changed to "Iconfee
Stra\u00dfe" in order to avoid any encoding issues while creating the string
that is used to test the output of the shapefile module.
Marked as trivial since this does not prevent any functionality or prevent a
successful build, but it's the final test to have the shapefile module running
all green under eclipse in OSX :)
