App-schema should allow mapping multiple tables per type

Pavel reported that he 2 multi-valued properties containing many values each,
and creating a denormalised view for the type would be very large. So he needs
to map 2 tables in 1 feature type.
His case is for er:relatedMine in er:Mine, where it already has multiple
er:mineName.
We discussed this and I think this is quite feasible, to add an extra field in
the config file.
