Xiaoxiao, I'm not sure if anyone responded to your request for commit access. I'm not a GeoTools administrator, so I can't give you commit access, but it might help if you explain what part of the SVN you want commit access to.
Are you adding a new unsupported module? Do you want to commit code to an existing module? Those details may help the Geotools administrators respond to your request.
