Presently there are two helper classes for the feature info tool: one for
layers with vector data and one for wrapped grid coverages. Now that Andrea has
fixed WMSLayer a new helper is needed. Rather than just hard-wiring in another
class it would be better to open up the info tool system so that users can
register their own helpers for whatever sort of MapLayers they are working with.
