Hi Jim:

We need to jump through a couple of hoops here; some evidence you have
read the developers guide; sign a code contribution agreement etc.

The developers guide has the details here:

You can get back to the email list when you have an osgeo id and have
sent away the code contribution agreement.

I also note that the process module is unsupported; however it does
have two module maintainers listed (Michael and Graham). One of them
will need to review your work; or otherwise indicate that they are
happy working with you.

The wps module is only manned by Graham right now (who we have not
heard from in over a year). As such we may be able to mark it as up
for grabs if you or John would like to look after it?

The xsd-wps module is managed by Justin so you will need to submit any
patches to him.
