GeometryCollectionIterator returns the last point of each geometry twice
------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-3028
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-3028
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: core main
    Affects Versions: 2.6.3
            Reporter: Andrea Aime
            Assignee: Andrea Aime

Due to a bug in the implementation of next() the iterator ends up returning the
last point of each geometry it's iterating over twice.
This makes for visible artifacts when using thick strokes (and it's an obvious
waste of cpu cycles, too)
