Fix For: 2.6.4
Interpolator2D right now does not make use of the BorderExtender class in order
to compute interpolated values on the edges of the input image. Moreover we
should take into account that it should work in raster space, nonetheless is
should include the edges of the raster data since the envelope spans across the
edges entirely.
